Description :Effortless Christian Dance Women’s Workout Classes When praise & worship flows freely from the heart…your dance it comes without thought, it’s natural, it’s Effortless.
Women ages 18yrs to 80years old! Low and High impact in the same class! Heart health is everything!
Classes to include…mild and simple stretching, slow warm-up, freedom in dance using total body movement from head to toe by fun and simple routines, cool down with stretching.
All women are welcome regardless of faith, age or size! Great for beginners & those on every dance level! *****Mandatory requirement = No dance experience necessary *suggestion: A heart of praise!
Classes held: WEEKLY. Each class is (1) hour in length.
