About Me:
I'm a passionate worshipper, daughter of the Most High, King Jesus and the founder of Effortless Christian Dance Women’s Workout Classes!
Now celebrating over 20 years of ministry in dance fitness classes from coast to coast!!
Beginning by dancing in my living room song after song, I had an unforgettable time in prayer praise and dance. I was full of sweat and my heart was free! Wanting more than what traditional gyms offered, I took a leap of faith starting by renting an humble church gymnasium multi-purpose room quickly growing to over 100 women ages 18-80 years old (from100 to over 300lbs) signing up the first month!!!
Now rooted in the beautiful community of Roseville, CA and the greater Sacramento area, I continue to lead women into freedom through praise and movement. Heart Health is EVERYTHING!!!
I'm also a proud mama to five amazing hearts and wife to my incredible husband, Elder Devin Farley.
My "why"? I was created to praise. My heart longs to see every woman experience the joy, freedom, and healing that comes when we surrender everything to God in dance!
DANCE is my passion teaching over 20 years ministering to the heart of women coast to coast and helping to transform lives through the blessing of Effortless Christian Dance Women's Workout Classes!!

Description :Effortless Christian Dance Women’s Workout Classes When praise & worship flows freely from the heart…your dance it comes without thought, it’s natural, it’s Effortless.
Women ages 18yrs to 80years old! Low and High impact in the same class! Heart health is everything!
Classes to include…mild and simple stretching, slow warm-up, freedom in dance using total body movement from head to toe by fun and simple routines, cool down with stretching.
All women are welcome regardless of faith, age or size! Great for beginners & those on every dance level! *****Mandatory requirement = No dance experience necessary *suggestion: A heart of praise!
Classes held: WEEKLY. Each class is (1) hour in length.
